Terms and Conditions
By using the Anevay Pharma website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We may update these terms without prior notice.
Franchisees
Franchisees must stay within their assigned territory. If you violate your assigned territory, we may terminate your franchise agreement.
Payment
All payments must be made upfront and in full. We don’t offer credit. You must deposit payment into our designated bank account before we generate an invoice.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Chandigarh, India.
Refunds
You can only get a refund if the packaging is damaged or the product is defective. We will process your refund in the same way that you paid within 30 days of approving it.
Returns
You can return goods with damaged packaging or manufacturing defects within 30 days of the invoice date. We will adjust returned goods against future orders. We will not issue cash or cheque refunds.
Order Placement
Once you place an order, we will generate an invoice that shows the total cost, including shipping and taxes.
Payment Gateway
You can pay with a credit or debit card, net banking, or direct bank transfer.
Confirmation
Once you pay successfully, we will send a confirmation email to your registered email address.
Shipping
We will ship your order once we confirm your payment.
Delivery
We will deliver your order to the address you provided when you placed the order. You are responsible for making sure the delivery address is correct.
